Construction of 4 x 1 bed flats with new access, cycle storage and associated parking.

We believe that this is a suitable site for residential development. However, we would prefer to see the site developed as a pair of 3 bed semi detached houses. There is an oversupply of new flats in Maidenhead and under provision of family homes. In such cases, we believe that it is in the developers interest to reflect the relative supply and demand of housing types. In the long term Maidenhead requires a balanced mix of housing stock.
