Comments on Application 20/00956 - 12 Cannock Close
Part single / part two storey rear extension, first floor side extension, single storey front extension with canopy and front lean to roof to garage.
We have commented on the 24th March 2020 on the previous application 20/00317. We observed the location in Flood Zones 2 and 3, and the lack of a Flood Risk Assessment. It is appreciated that this application does include a FRA, but the narrative confirms that the increase in footprint does exceed the 30 sq mts which is permitted on the flood plain under Planning Policy F1. The existence of the Jubilee River flood relief scheme and the potential use of Permitted Development cannot be applied as justification for an increase in footprint of 61 sq mts.
