New porch, part single, part two storey side and rear extension, rear first floor Juliet balcony, and three rear roof lights to facilitate a loft conversion.
It is noted that this application is very similar to 19/02725 which was previously refused permission in a letter dated 19th December 2019. The reasons for refusal do not appear to have been addressed and there is no narrative to explain what action has been taken in light of the refusal. The over extension of the original house is out of character with the street scene and the new building too close to the side boundary of the site and street corner. The Juliet balcony windows overlook the house to the south. There is risk to the roots of existing trees by the construction of the extension and the new parking area.
These reasons for refusal appear to still apply, and therefore we object to this application.
