This property appears to suffer from inadequate parking capacity and we believe that these proposed building works should include improved parking facilities. There is no on street parking in the locality (double yellow lines) and the property requires at least two parking spaces under the Borough parking policy for residential properties away from the town centre. The plans show the existing garage and parking space unchanged, but the parking space does not appear to be a minimum of 6 metres.
