Variation to approval 17/02698 to provide 39 instead of 37 apartments.
With the approval of 37 units under 17/02698 this development is already driving the maximum number of units out of the site. This application for a further two units is excessive. Within the application it is difficult to establish exactly where the additional units are located. There is no indication to the size of the dwellings and whether they adhere to Nationally Described Space Standards. Furthermore, there does not appear to be any additional parking provision relating to the two proposed flats. Consequently, we object to the further extension of this already ambitious scheme.
