This site is well suited for residential infilling. However, in spite of the proximity to Maidenhead Station it is quoted in the documentation as over 800 metres. Consequently, more parking provision is required than 3 spaces (1 for each 2 bed flat). With no parking for the 6 x 1 bed flats and no visitors parking, this development will increase pressure on the already limited and restricted availability of on street parking.
