This triangular shaped plot is inadequate to accommodate a three bedroomed detached house as proposed. The access arrangements are unsatisfactory and parking is provided for only one vehicle, which is below the requirement for the size of dwelling and location. In addition because of the physical constraints of the site, there is inadequate garden amenity space. Consequently, we believe that this is an unsuitable site for infilling with a residential dwelling, and that the application should be refused.
