We welcome the upgrading of the office accommodation on this site, and the fact that the height is restricted to a modest 6 storeys. We are unable to comment on the submitted plans and elevations which are not loaded onto the system in a readable format. We request that this is corrected. Because of the lack of readable plans and a narrative, we are unclear on the nature of the "flexible use" which is proposed for the ground floor.
