This application appears to add two additional bedrooms and a dormer window in the roof space in addition to previously permitted extensions. This results in an over extended main dwelling with a total of six bedrooms. In addition, the proposed annexe will add a further ancillary one bedroom dwelling in the back garden. We believe that the annexe is un-neighbourly and that a total of seven bedrooms represents overdevelopment of the site. The application form indicates no change in the parking arrangements, and the existing parking provision is clearly in-adequate for a seven bedroom property.
