New front porch and first floor rear extension to facilitate the subdivision of existing property into 2 flats (Part Retrospective).
As this proposal will create 2 x 2-bedroom flats, a parking provision of four spaces is required. Only two spaces are indicated and therefore this is inadequate for the increased number of residents. Furthermore, we understand that on street parking is a problem in this locality. Therefore, we object to this proposal on the grounds of inadequate paring.
As a matter of principle we are unhappy with retrospective applications but are unsure which element of this application is retrospective.
