Front porch to No 35 and construction of detached dwelling with new vehicular access following demolition of existing garage.
We did not comment on the previous application 18/01496 which was refused earlier this year. Having considered the reasons for refusal for the earlier application we believe that the latest modifications do not adequately address the earlier reasons for refusal. The changes to the bulk, mass and height are not significant, and the parking arrangements are substandard. Consequently, we object on the grounds that the proposed new dwelling represents overdevelopment of the site.
