Change of use from dwelling to 7 bedroom HMO.

We have no objection in principle to the creation of a HMO on this site, and believe that there is a need for such accommodation in the market. However, minimum standards must be achieved, which includes the need for parking provision and leisure amenity space. The current dwelling is situated on a quite large plot, and there should be evidence of parking arrangements etc. to support this application. Residents in a HMO will have vehicles and because of their number will contribute to the pressure on parking requirements in the neighbourhood. Outdoor amenity space should also be provided.
