New porch, part two-storey side, part first-floor side and single-storey rear extensions.
It is noted that this site lies within an area of flood risk, and is subject to Planning Policy F1 relating to flood issues. It is not clear from the submitted paperwork, but the increase in footprint generated by the extensions should not exceed the 30 square metres permitted under Policy F1. There is no reference to construction on the flood plain and no Flood Risk Assessment. We believe this to be an omission and object to the proposals until flood related issues are addressed and the Environment Agency is consulted if necessary.
