Comments on Application 17/03828 - Land adjacent to 24 South Road

Construction of 7 x 1 bedroom flats and improved road layout.

We have objected previously on successive proposals for both 4 x1-bed and 6 x 1-bed flats on this very tight site. Unfortunately, both schemes have been permitted, and we believe that the subsequent application for 7 x 1-bed flats (17/00747) was quite rightly refused.  In our opinion the permission for 6 x 1-bed flats already represents overdevelopment of the site, which has no parking and congested access.  Consequently, we object to this further application to add a seventh flat.
