Conversion of existing building into 2 x 2 bed flats with a part two, part single storey rear extension and first floor side extension.
31 Welbeck Road is a semi detached dwelling, which it is proposed to extend and convert into two x two bedroom flats. Currently it has adequate off street parking and leisure amenity space. This proposal represents overdevelopment which results in limited amenity space for each flat. Furthermore, the two flats require the provision of a total of four parking spaces, and the drawings show that only two are provided. This will result in further pressure on on-street parking. Because of inadequate parking provision and limited amenity space we object to this application.
