Outline (access and layout only) for construction of a detached dwelling and access.
Access has been improved to this proposal for back garden infilling. However, the provision of only one parking space is inadequate - three are required. Although the application is for access and layout only, the proposed dwelling as illustrated is completely out of character with surrounding properties and the wider neighbourhood. In attempting to deliver a sustainable, eco house the glass and metal elevations are too modern for the locality. The visual impact on neighbouring properties is reduced by restricting the house to a single storey. However, we object to the style of architecture.
