Construction of a new dwelling with associated vehicular access to Camden Road, and parking.
We have no objection to this application in principle and regard it as genuine infilling development. However, we must draw attention to a significant inaccuracy in the documentation. The Planning Statement says that the site is NOT situated in a Conservation Area. This is incorrect as it is located within the Furze Platt Triangle Conservation Area, and elements of Conservation Area policy should be incorporated within the application.
