Outline application for construction of 2 dwellings and new vehicular access.
As this is an outline application, there is a lack of detail upon which to comment. The application form states that these will be substantial houses ( 4+ bedrooms). Because they are to be built laterally the building line of the front elevations will be very close to the road, and the rear elevations will be close to the boundary with No. 46 and the first floor windows will overlook the back garden of neighbouring properties with a resultant loss of privacy. In principle, we OBJECT to the application as we do not believe that this narrow back garden is suitable for the proposed dwellings and access arrangements.
