Although this proposed store/gym structure is to be situated in a large garden plot, we note that no consideration is made of the property being within a Conservation Area. Does this structure improve/enhance the surrounding neighbourhood? Furthermore, on the RBWM planning system we are unable to access the comments submitted by the Conservation Team.
