Change of use from offices to 10 residential units
We understand that this is a proposal under Permitted Development Rights. However, there are elements within the application that are unclear and /or confusing. The application form and some drawings refer to a total of 10 residential units. However, within the Transport Statement a total of 19 dwellings is referred to. Furthermore, the Permitted Development floor plans only indicate 10 flats on 2 floors. Yet the building has 4 floors ( confirmed by the Transport Statement.
We welcome the fact that the existing 20 car parking spaces are to be retained, but there is a lack of information about the full scale of the proposed redevelopment. Therefore we OBJECT until the full details of the scheme are made available.
