We note that the "Constraints" relating to this application indicate that the location within Flood Zone 2 is "Not Applicable". We do not believe that this is correct, and although the planned extensions may not exceed 30 square metres as permitted under Planning Policy F1, nevertheless it lies within a Flood Zone for Planning purposes.

Please clarify why "N/A" is indicated under "constraints".
